Motorcycle Technician

**MOTORCYCLE TECHNICIAN**

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

- Ensure all electrical and mechanical repairs to vehicles are done. Responsible for final quality control of repair work.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Accredited product Technician.
- Prior experience being a motorcycle & scooter mechanic.
- Two stroke engines is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare operating equipment and bring necessary parts to the workshop bay according to correct internal procedures.
- Conduct the repair and / or maintenance according to manufacturers specifications.
- Job Knowledge and Skills:

- Co-operate with and support other Motor product divisions as required from time to time (power products, golf cars, marine and technical support services).
- Monitor service and maintain Race team bikes, including attendance at race meetings.
- Retrofit accessories and mounted parts as required.
- Document any work carried out, recording working hours and report to the GM.
