A giant in the Hospitality and Property industry is in the market for a Financial Director to be a part of their Executive Committee to take charge of the finance functions as the property’s strategic financial business leader for a multi-property unit. The incumbent MUST come from the Hospitality or Property space. Please see the performance area criteria below for a more detailed description of the required responsibilities.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- CA(SA)
- A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience working in the Hospitality AND/OR Property industry
- A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience
- Personality: Hard working; Work well under pressure; highly focused; deadline driven

- Engaging in Strategic Planning and Decision Making
- Managing multiple properties
- Leading Finance & Accounting Teams
- Executive decision making
- Technically strong
- Anticipating and Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders
- Developing and Maintaining Finance and Accounting Goals
- Managing Projects and Policies
- Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities
- Management competencies: i.e., leadership, managing execution, managing relationships, business acumen, technical acumen etc.
