Such a great opportunity for an experienced Blockman or Butcher Manager to join the hospitality team at this leading Cape Town restaurant - You’ll be spoilt with top-end meats both locally & internationally sourced across meats, poultry & game - servicing a high-level of clientele in an open kitchen-style environment

As Blockman or Butcher you’ll be part of a small team preparing menu items - the role requires a high attention to detail & knowledge to be shared with teams & clients alike.

We are considering those with either hospitality or retail experience.
