Our client, a private school based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, seeks to appoint an **experienced Groundsman** who will be responsible for various landscaping and general upkeep of the school grounds.

**Requirements / Responsibilities**:

- Previous experience as Groundsman overseeing general upkeep of large property or grounds.
- Must be an experienced gardener/landscaper and must be able to work various machinery. You will also be responsible for the mowing of lawns, trimming of hedges and upkeep of flower beds.
- Must have knowledge of irrigation systems.
- Capacity to learn about pool pumps, filtration plant use, etc
- The Groundsman will also assist in setting up of venues for events and talks, etc
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to work well in a team.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17:00
- Drivers licence will be useful

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R7,000.00 per month
