Remote Salesperson

**Fitwell Holdings is a US-Based Fitness Services Company**

The purpose of the Remote Sales Associate is to assist the on-site sales team with new membership sales by contacting prospects and potential customers and following up on their experience in our fitness studios. The Remote Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and\ strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident in generating personal sales.
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and clients.

**DUTIES**

The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an assistant manager must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.
- Meet a personal sales quote based on # of hours per week you work.
- Meet a monthly studio revenue and membership sales quota
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked
- Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Any other duties as assigned**.**

**COMPENSATION**:

- Competitive hourly rate
- Participation in commission plan, as available

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: R100.00 - R150.00 per hour
