**Our successful Restaurant Supervisors **

· **build and maintain a working environment** in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent

· maintain the **health**, **hygiene** and **professional** **appearance** of the restaurant area and all who work in it

· implement **action plans** ensuring the **optimal functioning** of all areas of restaurant delivery so that guests’ expectations are exceeded

· effectively manage the restaurant’s **administration**including meetings, action plans, preparation, menu planning and costing, equipment control, bookings and budgets

· **fulfil service requirements** promptly and with a positive approach

· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high **quality standards**.

If you have these **qualifications**, join our team: Grade 12 (NQF 4); good numeracy, verbal and written English skills (NQF 4); Computer Literacy in MS Office, at least one years’ restaurant supervisory experience as well as understanding of stock controls and stock taking. Cocktails knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
