Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Sportsbook Call Centre Manager** in **Johannesburg **will include:
- Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives to provide excellent customer support for our iGaming platform
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, and reduce wait times
- Analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
- Provide training and support to new hires and existing team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving across the organisation
Requirements for this **Sportsbook Call Centre Manager job** in **Johannesburg**:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the gaming industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of iGaming industry trends and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
