**What you’ll be doing**
You will also cover for the Receptionist.

**Where you’ll be doing it**
This will be a hybrid role with some time based in the office in Newlands as well as working from home.
You will work for a family run, well-established high end luxurious hospitality related company that has a family orientated environment. The teams work well together, are exceptionally passionate about what they do.
**What you’ll need**
The minimum requirement is a matric certificate plus a stable track record of Executive PA experience from a corporate type run company. You will need to have a driver’s license and your own vehicle.
You will also need to be proficient in MS Office. You would be described as a mature, stable professional that is highly organised, efficient and doesn’t get involved in any drama.
You think well on your feet, multi task well and maintain confidentiality on all matters. You are flexible with your time (as you understand that there may be times you’re needed outside of the normal 8am to 5pm).
Your personality would be described as warm, kind but still assertive.
**What you’ll get**
A market related salary which includes a provident fund, disability, funeral and life cover. A bonus is at the company’s discretion. An added benefit is that you can stay free of charge in luxury accommodation at one of their properties.
