**Role Summary**:As our Inhouse Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our team, focusing primarily on recruiting top talent for sales roles. Your responsibilities will extend beyond sales recruitment, contributing to various hiring needs across the organization. With your experience in HR, you'll bring valuable insights into talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for sales roles and other positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop role-specific criteria.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in recruitment and sales hiring.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, leveraging past HR experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales roles.
- Prior exposure to HR practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for talent acquisition.
