Life & Brand Portfolio Central Kitchens is looking for an experienced store person to monitor and control inventory movements at our Central Kitchen facility. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the stores person will be required to perform and monitor inventory transactions on the system.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Be present with all stock takes and verify the counts with spot checks. (Daily counts and monthly counts in fridges, freezers, kitchen, and dry goods stores at central kitchen)
- Check daily variances and communicate resolutions of issues to supervisors and management.
- Ensure that stock issues are resolved daily.
- Ensure that stock movements transactions are completed timeously on Micros.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Matriculated with mathematics.
- Basic knowledge of storage procedures.
- Experience in dealing with high volume, in a similar environment would be preferable.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and process driven.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
- Discretion and integrity.
- Stress tolerance.
- Decision-making.
- Professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations)
- Effective communication skills with guests and staff.
- Quick thinking and a team player.
- This person will be for employment in a position of trust and honesty.
