Hotel Group based in Franschhoek is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Supervise and sign off repairs and maintenance
- Assist with general maintenance repairs when required
- Perform and complete all duties with mínimal interruption and inconvenience to guests and the service operation
- Responds to maintenance requests in the minimum possible time
- Ensure the facilities and equipment in and around the business are well maintained and in good working order
- Optimise the OMNI Hotel System to manage the issue, supplies used and stock replenishments
- Reduce any accident or damage to equipment, loss of tools and supplies

**Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate
- Qualified Electrician
- Relevant Maintenance Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in repairs and maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years Supervisory experience with the ability to supervise a team
- Hotel or property maintenance experience would be advantageous
- Air conditioning and heat pump knowledge would be advantageous
- Knowledge of safe working procedures
- Able to communicate with other accurately and timely to ensure speed and quality of services
- Ability to ensure confidentiality, privacy and security of guests rooms and areas
- Must be computer literate
