**Position Overview**

The incumbent will support the capital sales staff in several areas of activity.

**Pinciple Accountabilities**:

- Typing, filing, mail handling, and all activities necessary for the capital sales office operation.
- Accuracy and good attention to detail is critical.
- First point of engagement for both suppliers and customers at reception and switchboard operation.
- Requires a professional and customer-oriented approach.
- A fluent command of the English language is important.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills.
- Multitasks and is able to meet all deadlines.
- A self-motivated person.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong administrative skills.
- Accurate data capturing.
- Use of office equipment (copiers, etc)

Pre-requisite qualifications
- Graduate (Bachelor of Commerce - Marketing Management)
