Our established panel beating shop is looking for a skilled Polisher to join our team

**About the Role**:
In this role, you'll be responsible for restoring the flawless finish of vehicles that have gone through repairs. You'll work alongside our team of panel beaters to ensure a high-quality final product for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare vehicle surfaces for polishing, including masking and cleaning.
- Operate polishing equipment safely and effectively, including buffing wheels and rotary polishers.
- Must be able to cut runs, polish dust, drop and polish fisheyes, etc.
- Remove scratches, swirls, and other imperfections from paintwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols in the workshop.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Polisher at a Panel Beater store or related environment.
- A strong understanding of polishing techniques and products.
- Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license (required).

**Requirements**:

- Punctual.
- Must be vibrant.
- Hardworking.
- Must be able to polish sprayed panels.
- Willing to learn.
- Maintain a high level of workmanship.

Working hours: 07:15am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday. Must be able to work overtime on request.
