- Self-starter who can identify what needs to be done without heavy supervision.
- Is pro-active in troubleshooting and identifies potential issues in an environment - can communicate the problem clearly with solution to address and fix.
- Has an eye for improving and finding solutions using existing platforms and/or identifying new technologies that could improve efficiencies for the company.
- Is the go-to for 1st line support.
- Reports to CTO of the company so must be able to document, account for time and be able to prioritize tasks and complete in time.
- Team player and able to work alone as well as in team.

**Below is part of responsibilities**:

- Office 365 Administration, and maintenance
- Google workspace administration, maintenance
- UniFi switches, and routers Administration, and maintenance
- VoIP Administration (Snom, Yeastar)
- New PC Setup
- New Chromebook Setup
- New VOIP Phone Setup
- Automation tasks using Office 365 Automate
- Implementation of Office 365 tool in the favor of our Company (Automation, Planner, Teams)
- 2nd line support in updating computers - updates, remote support and maintenance.
- Printer firmware updates, and maintenance
- Scanner firmware updates, and maintenance
- Handling day to day IT-related issues
- Phone Support
- Chat Support
- Internet account monitoring
- Internet usage monitoring
- ActivTrak monitoring, management, and report generation
- Networking equipment’s proactive monitoring with timely solution
- Contacting different vendors to get the best quotation for IT hardware
- Making sure that all the IT equipment and tools are readily available all the time
- Performing network update in after hours to minimize the down time during business hours
