We are looking for an Administrator Assistant with Bookkeeping skills to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. You will be doing normal admin daily duties. The person will report to the Operational manager. We are situated in the V & A Waterfront.

**Responsibilities**:
Bookkeeping
- Collect, organize, and post invoices into Accounts Payable ledger
- Participate in month-end close, including posting journal entries
- Maintain digital financial records

Administrative
- Assist with all admin duties.
- Data capturing
- Filing
- Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
- POS management, POS maintenance, training and updates
- Sales
- Overseeing and management of wine lists
- Management of retail product sales
- General sales of services

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage financial records
- Data entry skills with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with Excel
- Xero experience an advantage
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- 3 years of prior experience preferred

- Conceptualise and generate new income for Stir Crazy
- GENERAL DUTIES:

- Add and complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks as scheduled.
- Arrange and add new tasks relevant to your responsibilities.
- Report on progress of assigned and new projects on a weekly basis (weekly meeting)
- General office administration

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices, and equipment: 4 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping skills: 1 years

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Salary**: R8000 - R12 000

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
