Tsebo Facilities Solutions Is looking to hire BMS Technician to perform a variety of tasks in maintenance, repair and operate various BMS installations in the facilities complex. The incumbent will also be required to carry out any BMS related work on the complex.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Operational**:
- Maintenance on the Sun City BMS System
- Fault Finding on the Sun City BMS System
- Routine Check on the Sun City BMS System ** Code of Conduct**:

- Investigates any recurring faults and rectifies The incumbent must have good knowledge of the terminology and techniques utilized on the operation of the Alan Bradley PC System
- The incumbent must be able to operate a variety of technical equipment utilized on the complex. The incumbent must be able to follow both oral and written instructions
- The incumbent must possess the ability to work alone and / or with others.
- The incumbent must have the ability to learn new work quickly
- The incumbent must have a valid driver’s license

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum N4 in Electrical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3- 5 years heavy industrial experience in PLC and circuit fault finding
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Alan Bradley PLC and circuits
- Good knowledge of field devices and its programming
- Minimum 3 -5 years heavy industrial experience in heavy engineering as supervisor / foreman.
- Sound experience in maintenance management
- Ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate maintenance schedules
