**SWIFT Specialist (Financial Services)**

**Position Overview**:

- There is an exciting new vacancy available for a _**_SWIFT Specialist _**_at a leading _**_financial_**_ _**_services_**_ _**_concern_**_._
- The main purpose of this position is to _**_design, implement, test, and maintain SWIFT solutions in support of the firm’s local and global payment system._**

**Key Performance Areas**:

- _Deliver high quality and relevant work, which includes to:_
- **_Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain the SWIFT Alliance suite, SWIFTNet Network and SWIFTNet WebAccess infrastructures_**_._
- _Contribute to the _**_preparation of system specifications, system testing, documentation, job controls and deliverable_**_._
- _Perform _**_SWIFT _**_as well as the firm’s _**_business continuity plan (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) testing._**:

- _Perform _**_SWIFT health checks_**_ and related internal and external audits._
- _Providing assistance with client requests relating to the SADC, SAMOS, and company requirements._
- _Comply with expected standards and procedures for the completion of processes and tasks._
- _Comply with the firm’s policies, procedures, and other legislative requirements._
- _Provide support to the business in relation to the management and maintenance of the company’s external financial information feeds._

**To be considered for this position, one must have**:

- **A completed Bachelor’s degree **or **Advanced Diploma in Information and Communications Technology (ICT).**:

- A minimum of** 5 to 8 years’** **experience focussed on Design, Implement, Test, and Maintaining SWIFT Solutions.**:

- Knowledge and skill in**:Infrastructure Support, Systems Integration, Information Technology (IT) Governance, and IT Enablement Reporting.
