Our client, a well-established packaging manufacturer, seeks to employ a competent, experience senior Die Cut and/or Casemaker machine operator for their operation in Cape Town.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION**
- You will have completed Matric, coupled with 3-5 years experience in operating and maintaining die cut and/or casemaker machinery in a packaging manufacturing environment
- You will have proven experience in assuring quality of produced goods, ensure the junior team achieves production targets and ensure all maintenance is carried out to eliminate downtime.
- You will be effective in capturing data from production, minimize waste and ensure sufficient stock for the next production run.
- You will ensure the adherence to codes of conduct and production policies within the team.
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
