We are looking for a vibrant, friendly, and energetic Call-Coordinator to enhance customer experience and SLA resolution times.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Service board & SLA Time administration
- Ticket logging & scheduling of technicians & ensuring time entries are correct
- Domain administration
- Office administration & Filing
- Procurement & Deliveries
- Weekly Timesheet checks
- Client Liaison
- Checking & filing of sign-off sheets
- Check-in & Check-out of all hardware received from clients
- Following up on project statuses and updating clients accordingly
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- Must speak Afrikaans & English
- Minimum 2 years experience in reception/call coordination position
- Valid driver's license
- Basic IT knowledge will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
