We are looking for a responsible Receptionist to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Receive visitors at the company offices and directly announcing them appropriately
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Assist with HR related services
- Assist the management team with internal/external daily operational activities
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Data capturing
- Devise and maintain office filing system

**Skills and Requirements**
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
- Drives License
- Non-Smoker

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R6,500.00 per month
