Minimum Grade 10
Industrial Cooking Experience an advantage
Have own transport available
Verifiable cooking experience in a similar environment, or a cooking certificate is essential
Must be able to work long hours / shift work. Weekends and Public Holidays.
Working long hours and functions.
Be able to interact with clients and scholars professionally and in a friendly manner.
Be able to time manage yourself and work under pressure - Basic Health and Safety experience and knowledge of food safety - Able to read and execute a recipe and menus
Be able to present meals of a high standard
This position reports to the Assistant Catering Manager or Catering Manager, depending on the structure of the specific catering establishment and contract.
