Dc Technician

To provide hands on, technical skills and knowledge to the distributions team, and to support the operations, maintenance and problem solving activities of the entire distribution centre. We are looking for an individual with + 5 years technical/maintenance experience, preferable with an FMCG environment with strong mechanical knowledge of conveyers, motors and general mechanical materials handling equipment, excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to effectively interact with other persons, mental alertness, analytical and problem solving skills and conceptual skills.
**Qualifications and Experience**: - +5 years’ experience - Red seal Trade test certificate - Drivers license - PLC training / experience (Siemens) - Good communication skills - Computer literate - Ability to work overtime during the week (19:00) and possibly weekends (Sat 08:00 to 16:00) - Have continuous improvements exposure
