**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to and working closely with the HOD, responsible for end to end effective & efficient running of the stock.

The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
**1. Officer for fleet for both internally controlled branches and franchisees**

1.1. Manage both corporate and franchised branches fleet administration, totaling 150 cars across SA.

1.2. Manage fleet system from EQSTRA to ensure that tickets raised are executed and closed.

1.3. Ensure monthly fleet invoices are paid on time.

1.4. Follow up with fleet service providers to ensure that they send monthly statements.

1.5. Keep track of vehicles in use, needing repairs, at repair areas and stationery by branches.

1.6. Analyze EQSTRA monthly reports and give input to the HOD.

1.7. Create fleet analysis reports weekly and monthly as required.

1.8. Present weekly to the HOD in ManCo for Procurement, Fleet and Facilities.

1.9. Manage disc renewals.

1.10. Manage fleet ownership transfers between ABSA, Franchisees and the Group.

1.11. Manage issues around fleet cards.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fleet (Logistics) Management or Business Management.

2. 3-5 years’ experience in Fleet or Logistics.
