My client, a blueberry farm based in Porterville is seeking to employ a Farm Manager with a relevant qualification and experience. Experience in working with blueberries will be a definite advantage.

Duties will include:

- Management of the berry plants
- Manage the irrigation schedule
- Pest control and management
- Manage and supervise labourers on the farm
- Manage and oversee new berry development
- Solid understanding of export process
- Must be technologically minded

**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree / diploma in Agriculture
- Experience in management of farm
- Blueberry experience highly advantageous
- Working knowledge of the exports process
- Must be technologically minded
- Valid licence
