**Responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate invoicing of customer orders by verification of product and quantities against pick slips and loading lists.
- Ensure the retrieval and sending of correct COAs (Certificate of Analysis) as applicable to manufacturing customers.
- Ensure completeness of delivery documentation prior to signing out deliveries, eg

Ø Delivery note

Ø Tax Invoice

Ø Pallet documentation

Ø COA
- Ensure completeness of POD documentation by checking completed delivery documentation returned by transporters.
- Assist with stock takes as and when required.
- Order accuracy
- Customer claims related to incorrect stock or incorrect quantities.
- Timeous and accurate processing of product related customer claims.
- Timeous and accurate recovery of losses from Transporters.
- Order accuracy
- Customer claims related to incorrect stock or incorrect quantities.
- Delivery accuracy and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Minimum 3 Years in the role
- experience within the manufacturing industry
