Our workshop in Midrand Gauteng is looking for a Lady whom will be at our font desk Receptionist to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at our Car Workshop. MUST have a drivers license. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

**Requirements**:

- Must be bilingual, English / Afrikaans.
- Knowledge of Pastel Required.
- Must have knowledge of car parts, ordering parts Debtors/ Creditors experience.
- Will be assistant to Branch Manager.
- Min. 5 years’ experience.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skill.
- Customer service orientation.
- Salary - R9000.00 per month.
- Working hours - Mon - Fri 07H00 - 17H30 - Sat 07H30 - 13H00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R9,000.00 per month

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
