Blouberg International School is an independent co-educational school offering the International Cambridge Curriculum to students from Nursery to Year 13. The school belongs to the International Education Systems (IES) Group of Schools found in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Portugal, Panama and South Africa.

Applications are invited for the following full-time post:
**Admissions and Marketing Director**

(commencing duties in January 2025)
- Coordinate schedules of tour appointments and serve as a guide for visiting parents.
- Coordinate admission tests for aspirant students in cooperation with the Phase Coordinators.
- Discuss admission test results with the Head of School to determine suitability of the student to be enrolled at the school.
- Send Letters of Offer to parents of accepted students and follow up with them on whether placement fees have been paid timeously to secure the enrolment.
- Prepare and submit Enrolment Statistics to the Head and keeps him abreast of student leavers and joiners.
- Maintain a photo archive of all the school's activities
- Maintain updated content on the school bulletin boards and web pages and prepare the school's newsletter.
- Make proposals to the Head and, where appropriate, organize extra activities aimed at promoting the school
- Organize all events and festivals organized by the school.
- Propose to the Head appropriate promotion and marketing campaigns and other mechanisms to enhance outside awareness of the school; organize activities designed to increase enrolment by focusing on retention of existing students as well as attracting new ones.
- Coordinate actions with the Head of IT and Social Media aimed at improving the school's visibility and presence and to encourage awareness of its services.

**Applicants must have**:

- Experience within the educational field
- Marketing and sales experience
