**A National Manufacturing Company is seeking to appoint a**:
**Transport and Logistics Manager**

**Responsibilities**

Monitor a fleet of 80 vehicle based in 15 branches

Trucks and Bakkies

Monitor vehicle licenses, drivers’ licenses and PDPs to ensure validity & check expiry dates

Renewals of licenses

Monitoring of service records of all vehicles & arrange services

Monitor all repairs and maintenance of fleet

Calculate loads

Monitor vehicle travelling and standing times

Monitor vehicle expenses

Monitor Fuel consumption of vehicles

Monitor warranties on vehicles

Maintaining and updating all records

Data capturing

Assist with breakdowns and good understanding of mechanical problems

Sound reporting skills

Take full responsibility of the entire fleet ensuring all documents are renewed timeously

And services and maintenance attended to, withing time frame

**Requirements**:
Non-BEE position

Matric

5 - 8 years fleet management experience essential

Mechanical knowledge essential

Fully computer literate (Spreadsheets)

Afrikaans/English

Maximum age:45

Gender: Male

Valid drivers license & own reliable vehicle

Reliable & responsible & Analytical

Must have excellent communication skills

Must reside in the area

Clean criminal record

Traceable references

Remuneration: 20 000.00p/m - Negotiable

**Salary**: R20 000,00 per month

- High School (matric) (required)

- Fleet Management: 8 years (required)
- Mechanical/Technical: 8 years (required)
- Transport & Logistics: 8 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Hartebeesfontein, North West: Relocate before starting work (required)
