One lodge offers full board services, while the other is self-catering, catering to a variety of guests seeking unique travel experiences. We are seeking a dedicated management couple to oversee the operations and drive the success of both lodges.

Role Summary: As a management couple, you will play a crucial role in the operational management of both lodges. You will manage teams, oversee all departments, ensure the smooth running of daily operations, and maintain high standards across all aspects of the business. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of both lodges, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and manage teams across all departments, including Food & Beverage, Guiding, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
- Logistics: Stay on top of all logistics and daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Checks and Balances: Implement and maintain checks and balances to ensure operational integrity.
- Hands-On Leadership: Be actively involved in the day-to-day activities, working alongside the team.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication channels with staff, guests, and the GM/owner.
- Administration: Handle administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Guest Travel Itineraries: Plan and put together customized guest travel itineraries.
- Relief Reservations: Provide support with reservations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong experience in operational management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Superior organisational and administrative abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in Food & Beverage management, maintenance, or guiding is advantageous.
- Ability to be hands-on and lead by example.
- Willingness to grow with the company and take on increased responsibilities as the business expands.
