- **KEY TASKS TO BE PERFORMED**
- Key tasks are the day-to-day tasks that make up the job description and deliverables of the staff member. Each task is described in more detail.- 1.1 **Corporate Credit Controller**
- 1.1.1 Full function of the collection of due & overdue debt on Corporate Accounts- 1.1.2 Customer account reconciliations.-
- 1.1.4 Attend to all customer account queries with a minimum of delay.- 1.1.5 Assess and align customer credit limits - according to set procedures - In line with the National Credit Act.-
- 1.1.7 Credit reviews of existing accounts to facilitate sales growth for the business.- 1.1.8 Relief Cashier as and when required.- 1.1.9 Distribution of Third Party delivered invoices and proof of deliveries.- 1.1.10 Distribution of monthly statements to all customers on the debtor’s book.- 1.1.11 Daily running of reports.- 1.1.12 Managing Demo and Marketing accounts- 1.2 **Support Functions**
- 1.2.1 Employee will perform additional duties as assigned by management.- 1.2.2 Employee may from time to time be required to perform duties outside the ambit of the position.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- **REQUIREMENTS**
- 1.1 Honest and reliable.- 1.2 Customer relationship skills.- 1.3 Ability to work under pressure.- 1.4 Strong communication skills and Attention to detail- 1.5 Must be able to convert foreign currency.- 1.6 Must be able to do reconciliations and excel skills including v-lookup and using excel basic functions- 1.7 Working experience in Debtors department and good knowledge credit management principles.- 1.8 Must be able to work in a team and independently.- 1.9 Corporate Credit Control Minimum 5 years experience**What Qualification**
