**Job Overview**:
A leading supply chain and logistics group is seeking to employ a **Quality Controller - Reporting**, to be based in Waterfall, Johannesburg.

**Position Overview**:
**_ The Quality Controller_**_ will _**_develop_**_ and _**_implement quality control procedures_**_ for _**_solutions output_**_ and ensure that the _**_output meets required quality standards_**_ at every stage of the project. _
- The position entails _**_continuously monitoring and seeking_**_ ways _**_to improve on existing quality measures_**_ and _**_build a knowledge repository_**_ _**_for solutions quality management_**_. _

**_Review solution documentation_**_ to enhance quality and professionalism. _
- The organisation is seeking an individual who is _**_experienced in quality management methodologies_**_, _**_principles_**_, and _**_related tools_**_ with an u_**_nderstanding of the supply chain solution development environment_**_. _**_Prepare_**_, _**_analyse_**_, and _**_distribute_**_ _**_various reports_**_ within the SCA team and other stakeholders (internal/external)._

**Key Performance Areas include**:

- **Solution Governance**, i.e**., NDA adherence, data storage, and backups.**:

- **Create standard report templates** for various reports and/or specified platforms, which adhere to established quality standards
- Ensure the **accuracy and quality of report outputs**.
- **Status reporting** (past, current and future) solutions projects.
- **Design**, **create** and **keep up to date all reporting templates** for the business unit.
- **Collaborate with the solutions team** **and key stakeholders** to **ascertain information needs** that will be interpreted and effectively communicated in report formats.

**Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, BCom Marketing, BCom Logistics or BCom Supply Chain Management, NQF level 7 or higher is an advantage.**:

- **At least 5 years** relevant **Quality Control experience in a supply chain working environment.**:

- **Strong knowledge** and understanding of **quality management methodologies.**:

- **Data analysis proficiency.** Ability to **analyse data**, **identify trends**, **draw meaningful insights**, and present findings.
- **Reporting** and **visualization** skills and a sound **financial acumen**.
- An understanding of **supply chain concepts** and familiarity with relevant industries’ supply chain dynamics.
