Pbx Specialist

We are looking for an inhouse PBX Specialist & IT Support.

We are a Large Franchising Business looking to develop our own PBX ,Internet Installations and Support unit for all our Nationwide Franchising Network.
- Experience ECN, VBX AND CCTV knowledge.
- Hosted PBX, On-Premises PABX, VoIP.
- Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.
- Install PCs, telephone systems, peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards.
- Support inhouse sites/Remote Sites.
- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels.
- Use call logging system to accurately record telephone requests.
- Assist with system and user reports daily.
- Perform onsite testing after Change Control Implementations as and when needed.
- Will be involved in Projects (e.g., upgrades, hardware/software installations).
- Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software.
- Implementing efficient and reliable IT systems.
- Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an IT Consultant, IT Administrator, IT Engineer or similar support role.

Knowledge of Microsoft products, primarily Server & Workstation operating systems, office suites and cloud technologies.

Knowledge of networking infrastructure.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on client centricity.

Good troubleshooting skills with an excellent problem-solving can-do attitude.

Driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Deadlines driven and adherence to SLA’s via helpdesk system.

Proven experience as System Administration or similar role.
