**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Production Planner or Production Manager in the food manufacturing sector.
- In-depth understanding of FSSC 22 000 certification requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with production planning tools and software.
