**Description**

Your main function is to ensure accurate completion of all reporting documents and management accounts according to best practice accounting principles.

Responsibilities include and is not limited to:

- Full Debtors function.
- Generate trial balances and reconciliations.
- Manage payments and allocation of receipts.
- Prepare cost allocations
- Assist FM & DP with management of daily, operating and annual financial reports and meeting deadlines.
- Reflect vehicle stock accurately in nominal ledger meeting deadlines.
- Reconciliation of nominal ledger accounts and follow up on variances.
- Calculate depreciation on demo vehicles
- Calculate and forecast provisions (used obsolescence, fleet claims ageing, warranty ageing etc)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Matric / Senior Certificate with Maths & Accounting
- Bookkeeping Certificate / Diploma preferred.
- Previous Bookkeeping experience in the motor industry of at least 3 years.
- Software knowledge and experience of Drive / Kerridge / Autoline
- Excellent proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
