Swedish Speaking Claims Handler

Our client is an international concern providing claims assistance to European medical insurance companies from their African head office in Cape Town. The company seeks to grow their Cape Town team through the appointment of Swedish native speaking call center agents.
Working hours: Monday - Friday (09h00 - 17h00), Office based
Remuneration: R22 000 basic + benefits + 21 days annual leave
Minimum Requirements:
- **Swedish native speaker with full professional fluency in English**:

- _Previous work experience within travel / insurance / medical assistance highly advantageous _
The responsibilities of the Call Center Agent includes:
- Communicating with policyholders and resolving their queries regarding trips around the world
- Data processing of policies and claims
- Claims handling: including registering claims, processing invoices, verifying bank details
