**Overview**

A leading Water Pump & Electric Motor Distributor & Repairer / Manufacturer in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs, M Bond Engineering is looking for **a book keeper **to perform various bookkeeping duties in ZOHO Books.

**Responsibilities**
- Preparation of Payroll
- Invoicing & Statement
- Issuing Purchase Orders
- Petty Cash
- Monthly accounting and processing (Bank Statements / Invoices)
- Monthly reconciliations of customers invoices and vendors invoices
- VAT calculations on every purchase
- Assistance with SARS VAT submissions
- Year end schedules
- General admin
- Contacting SARS for queries
- Other financial related

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Bookkeeping - Preferable
- Bookkeeping experience
- Computer Literacy (**Excel, ZOHO Books**)
- Experience in VAT
- Excellent communication skills
- Deadline driven
- Own transport

**Salary**: Market & Experience Related
