**Responsibilities**:

- Monthly food safety and management reviews meetings
- Weekly self inspections
- Maintenance of NCRs and CPARs
- Management of internal audits
- Coordinate all food safety and quality external audits
- Manage findings from internal and external audits
- Ensure information board is up to date
- Manage garden Service Provider
- Designated pest control representative for Pioneer Foods Groceries Wadeville (PFGW)
- Reporting, managing and closing out any pest control defects

Qualifications:

- National Diploma in Biotechnology or Food Technology
- Experience in process of Food and Beverages (FMCG)
- Computer literacy
- Food Safety, Quality, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP
- GMP and cleaning and sanitation
- Microbiology
- Chemistry
- Supervisory skills
