Fleet/ Transportation Scheduler

- Maintain established admin procedures.
- Daily scheduling and planning of trucks/loads for 30+ vehicles/drivers.
- Daily scheduling and planning for exports vehicles
- Daily scheduling and planning for container loads including timely return of containers.
- Assist and lead fleet controllers with the execution of the daily scheduled tasks.
- Develop relationships with internal clients and truck drivers.
- Follow up trucks to determine accurate ETA.
- Good communication with clients keeping them informed about the status of the cargo.
- Build client relations and support drivers at loading and off-loading points.
- Traffic fine management.
- Exports transportation
- Container transportation

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric
- Any transport-related qualifications
- 3 years of similar experience
- Must have transport market knowledge
- Must be computer literate
- Must have experience with web-based tracking systems
