**Purpose of the Job**:
conducting relevant market and bespoke research. Identify market conduct trends, write reports and present
research findings to various stakeholders. The person will also conduct relevant international benchmarking
research taking into account behavioral insights techniques. The person will also be responsible for conducting
fieldwork research such as mystery shopping when required.

A Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Economics, Marketing, or related fields of study with at least 5 years working

**Key Performance Areas**:

- insights.- Gather primary data using questionnaires, surveys, and interviews amongst other methods.
- Conduct mystery shopping research, conduct surveys and other relevant fieldwork.
- Conduct relevant international benchmarking research using various sources of information.
- Record findings, analyse and interpret patterns and trends.
- Assist with monitoring and analysing financial consumer sentiments from online and social media platforms.
- Write research proposals, reports and present research findings and observations.
- Engage and collaborate with colleagues from other teams (various internal stakeholders) as required to
- deliver joint projects and/or generate new insights.- Perform such other tasks necessary or desirable to enhance the performance of the department.
