**Key Duties & Responsibilities**: Key Outputs - Provide administrative support - Compile all monthly manufacturing reports - Maintain manufacturing daily production report (DPR) - File documentation - Provide inventory control support o Raw Material movement checked o Stock variances investigated in the plant o Stock Counted o Ensure that Strorepersons receipt/issues correctly - Manage own development and performance Key Attributes and Competencies Knowledge: - Computer knowledge - Knowledge of the manufacturing process Skills: - Application of knowledge Attributes/Attitudes: - Clerical - Advanced Calculations - Conceptualisation - Comparison - Internal Actualisation Memory: - Reading Comprehension - Advanced Linguistic Proficiency
**Skills, Experience & Education**: Qualifications / Experience - Matric, Maths plus minimum 3 years production related experience. - SAP Knowledge - Excellent computer skills: Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint - Sound interpersonal / communication skills and the ability to liaise with Senior Management and external stakeholders
