IT Support Technician

**Duties and responsibilities of the job**:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners
- Installing, monitoring, and maintaining computer systems backups and networks
- In Depth Microsoft 365 Knowledge (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Office Suite)
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or remotely)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Be able to work independently and give a report on daily tasks.
- Assisting in organizing office equipment
- Knowledge on Unifi Managed Switches & Access Points

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Matric
- Minimum - Comptia A + and N+ (International exam certifications only will be accepted).
- Any additional qualifications in the relevant field will be a bonus
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Reliable vehicle required to travel out to stores (non-negotiable)
