The Strategic Fuel Fund Association (SFF), a subsidiary of the Central Energy Fund (CEF), manages crude oil storage facilities in the Western Cape, and environmental protection against oil pollution.

**Internship for people with Disability: Human Resource Management.**

**Responsibilities**
- Filing and updating of employee files both electronically and manually
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records
- Working on ESS approving employee leave request
- Manage and monitor leave system and prepare leave reports
- Monthly leave report
- Write minutes in a meeting
- Quarterly report of Performance Data
- Coordinate interviews (arrangement, invitations, compile interview packs)
- Assist with reference checks and verification processes
- Assist with preparation of Offer of employment and employment contract
- Serve as Secretariat at labor meetings/consultations (arrange meeting, attendance registers, includes minute taking, filing for record keeping and distribution)
- Assist on recruitment new employee’s process of SFF.
- Assisting the HR Administrator with calculating the Performance Contracts.
- Attend Disciplinary cases to be observers to learn how the processes are conducted.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Diploma Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology
- Computer literate;
- Presentation skills;
- Report writing;

- Ability to work individually or in a collective.
