**Experience**:
5 years of IT support experience in a service delivery team

Incident, change and problem management on a service management platform

Endpoint configuration management and support

Management of hardware and software assets

Working within a cloud or hybrid cloud environment

**Qualifications**:
Basic computer training, A+, N+

Technical qualification in Microsoft Systems Administration

ITIL Foundation - Beneficial

IT Security experience - Beneficial

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
