Construction Foreman

We are looking for a Construction Foreman to help in organising operations of worker's performance at the construction sites. The ideal will ensure to lead staff towards the completion of a projects٫ supporting them and assisting to interact with the senior management staff.
Duties
- Create schedules and monitor attendance of team members
- Assign general and daily responsibilities
- Train workers and tradespeople and monitor their performance
- Manage manpower and resources٫ ensuring they are adequate
- Adhere to all safety requirements and quality standards
- Monitor the use of machinery and equipment
- Review and analyse expenditures on a regular basis٫ ensuring they remain within budget
- Troubleshoot problems when they arise
- Prepare reports on progress to managers٫ engineers and other stakeholders
- Organising the fulfillment of tasks according to priorities and plans

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience as Construction Foreman
- Working knowledge in Telecommunication is a added advantage
- Having a Driver's License is a plus
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Excellent planning, communication and organising skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be a reactive problem solver and a hard worker
- First aid qualification.
- 12 Grade. Diploma in building will be an added advantage.
