**Ophthalmic Assistant**:

- Provide patient education based on the diagnoses and treatment plan.
- Previous work experience as Opthalmic assistant.
- Reliable and high work ethic.
- Able to perform well under pressure.
- Ordering lenses and Medical supplies.
- Perform comprehensive eye examination and vision tests according to patient needs and history.
- Assist with in-room procedures.
- Following the necessary protocol and ensuring equipment is sterile and the cleanliness of the practice is adhered to.
- Arranging operating lists.
- Nursing skills.
- Computer literacy would be beneficial.
- Willing to work as part of a team.
- Salary dependent on experience._

**Working hours: Monday to Friday 07h30-17h00.**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
