**Responsibilities**:

- Production Management: Oversee the entire production process of meat casings, ensuring that products meet quality standards and production targets are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage production teams to ensure high levels of productivity and employee satisfaction. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Oversee quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of product safety and quality.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the production budget, monitor operational expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies. Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or operations management role, preferably in the meat casing or related industry.
- Proven track record of improving production processes and achieving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations relevant to the meat processing industry.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with production management software.
