We are looking for a dynamic, eager-to-learn Junior IT Support Technician who will assist with:

- _Day-to-day IT maintenance and upkeep of the national IT Infrastructure_
- _Attending to user and infrastructure problems._
- _Liaising with suppliers and service providers._
- _Assist the data/dev team with related tasks._

- Must be able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to relate to people at all levels in an organization
- Must be available to work extra hours and on weekends when requested
- Must have reasonable experience with the MS 365 Suite
- Must have basic hands-on SQL experience
- Some basic experience with IT equipment, networking and computers essential
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven, must be capable of showing initiative
- Valid unendorsed driver’s Licence

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- At least 1-year relative IT course including MSCE and A+ with practical hands-on experience.
- At least 6 - 12 months' experience working as part of an IT department will be advantageous.

- Epping, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)
