**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead technical initiatives, overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies, ensuring adherence to environmental best practices and minimizing the ecological footprint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute innovative solutions that align with industry trends and enhance overall lodge performance.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve energy efficiency, waste management, and overall sustainability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and experts to stay abreast of the latest advancements in technology and sustainability.
