Casino Player Analyst

**Purpose of Role**:
As a Casino Player Analyst - Floor Manager, you'll be a key player in safeguarding our operations and ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for our players. Your responsibilities will include:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Proactively and reactively monitoring and addressing accounts involved in bonus abuse or other high-impact fraud activities.
- Serving as a point of reference for inquiries and escalations related to bonus abuse and 3rd-party issues.
- Writing, improving, and updating department processes.
- Actively contributing to the setup and management of rules in external and internal abuse detection tools.
- Collaborating with Data Analytics to report revenue losses or prevention outcomes.
- Conducting regular checks to ensure consistent reporting and process adherence.
- Forging strong collaborative relationships with commercial and B2B functions to mitigate the risk of abuse and enhance ROI.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
- Performing high-level analysis to identify fraudulent patterns.
- Investigating and acting on internal fraud cases in line with established procedures.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs and SLAs and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Allocation of work based on business and management requirement. Ensuring that all tasks are being record, performed, and updated.
- Ensuring adherence to all internal process documents and policies.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing bonus abuse, fraud rings, reporting and client management.
- Leadership experience, managing people and their work.
- Solid understanding of iGaming and player behaviour.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity, proactiveness, a passion for gaming, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Own transport.
