**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure and maintain closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems according to client specifications
- Installing of Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Intercom Systems
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system malfunctions or issues promptly
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

**Requirement**:

- **MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)**:

- Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or a related field
- Proficiency in installing, configuring and maintaining CCTV Systems
- Strong knowledge of various CCTV technologies, equipment and software
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with network protocols and IP-based Systems
- Ability to work independently or as park of a team, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Outstanding communication and Interpersonal skills
- A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
